Staple List Policies
Staple List privacy, terms, EULA, and Pro purchase disclosures for the household grocery planner.
Scope
These policies apply to Staple List, the household shopping list app, and the Staple List pages served at zendory.co/staple-list.
Shopping data
Staple List stores shopping item names, household name, list preferences, invite code, and recently bought item history on your device so the app remains useful offline.
Household sync
When online sharing is enabled, shopping item names, household name, preferences, invite code, and list history may be sent to the configured Staple List sync endpoint so another trusted household device can join the same list.
AI list creation
When Pro AI list creation is used, the prompt, household name, and a short list of recent item names may be sent to the configured Staple List AI endpoint to create a shopping list.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Optional Staple List Pro purchases, restores, and subscription status are managed by App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. Staple List does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play account settings. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
Terms and EULA
Use Staple List for personal household shopping, share invite codes only with people you trust, and do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the sync service. iOS use is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Support and deletion
Questions, subscription support requests, or deletion requests for synced household data can be sent to support@zendory.co with the household invite code when relevant.
